Carving Series

The Epicurean Carving Series is designed specifically for roasts and fowl, and comes in two sizes: 21" x15", for holiday-sized jobs, and 15" x10" for smaller fare like rotisserie chickens and pork tenderloin. Both sizes feature a unique diamond-patterned surface that holds meat in place for safety and stability, and a generous inner juice trough (the 20" × 15" also has an outer juice groove). They’re also designed to fit into most dishwashers.
