The non-slip Gripper Series cutting surfaces are perfect in smooth, damp preparation areas, and for the cook who prefers their cutting surfaces with some grip. Silicone grippers keep the surface above the countertop while holding it steady. Grippers are dishwasher safe but are removable as well.
